TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promotional pricing applies only to qualifying microwave repairs and is subject to diagnosis and serviceability of the appliance.

Repairs are subject to parts availability, safe and reasonable access to the unit, appliance condition, and the technician’s determination that the repair can be performed safely and properly.

The promotional repair price may not apply if:

• Required parts are unavailable, discontinued, or cannot reasonably be obtained.

• The appliance cannot be safely or reasonably accessed for service.

• The appliance has excessive electrical, fire, structural, or other damage that makes repair unsafe or impractical.

• Previous repairs, modifications, improper installation, or non-original components prevent a safe or proper repair.

• The appliance or required component is not reasonably serviceable.

• Additional problems are discovered during diagnosis that prevent completion of the qualifying repair.

$70 SERVICE CALL / DIAGNOSTIC FEE

A $70 service call/diagnostic fee applies if the repair cannot be completed because of any of the conditions listed above.

The $70 service call/diagnostic fee also applies if, after diagnosis and receiving the repair estimate, the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.

Parts cost and applicable taxes are additional unless specifically stated otherwise.
